Refund policy
All rented products must be returned to Furnish at the end of the defined rental period. Renters will not be refunded for the return of products.
A Damage Deposit will be collected on every order and will be refunded to the Renter only after products have been received and inspected for damage at the Company’s warehouse location. If products are found to be in acceptable condition upon return, the damage deposit collected on the order will be refunded. The issuance of the refund may take up to 48 hours from the date the products were returned.
